Jesus is the Way to God’s Presence

John 14:6 “Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”

Our Heavenly Father provided the way into His presence- Jesus. God’s love is demonstrated through our Lord Jesus Christ is our High Priest. It is through His work on the cross that we have a way into the presence of God. Apart from Jesus we have no way into the presence of the Lord God. Through our Great King Jesus we have access to God now and access to eternal life in the presence of God.

One of the greatest gift of salvation is the presence of God. We have fellowship and intimacy with God through Christ Jesus. This connection and personal relationship with God satisfies our deepest need and longing. He is the source of all we need. Hope

Hope in the Bible is the confident expectation of what God promises. His presence and faithfulness are a source of hope.

    The presence of God is centered in His redemptive mission for mankind. In his grace God redeemed lost humanity. Jesus’s life death, and resurrection reopened our access to God’s presence. .

    Recently I took some special time to listen to worship music to take my mind off problems that were troubling me. As I listened to the anthems of a particularly majestic hymn I was once again reminded that God’s presence is the only thing that really matters and needs to be my main pursuit!
